When I commenced training with Tim, my physique had little/no definition. In addition, my fitness levels were low. Within 15 months, my fitness levels have increased and my physique now has significant definition. The dramatic increase in personal strength and drop in body fat has been a mammoth personal achievement, especially as historically I have rarely participated in any sporting activity. My technique of using weights and performing each individual exercise has also improved dramatically.
My training sessions are varied and very challenging, which in turn has helped me achieve my objective of increased strength.
