I had been going to the gym for over 9 years by the time I met Tim but had never seen any real results. I felt like I was wasting my time and wanted to learn how to make each session count.
 
I started seeing Tim in Derby once a week and he showed me how to get the most out of my training. Even simple things, like using the treadmill, became more of a challenge with the different methods Tim taught me. I had never really understood how weights could benefit my body or what I should really be doing with them,  but Tim showed me the best ways to make them work for me.
 
I lost almost 2 stone in just a few months and really tonned up. I went from a size 14 to a 10 and looked great on my Wedding day last March. It was amazing just how quickly it happened!
 
I would highly recommend Tim Wooldridge as a personal trainer, he really cares about his clients and puts all his efforts into each session. I can't imagine anyone would fail to reach their goals with him as thier trainer.
