I met Tim Wooldridge at Fitness First in Derby initially for Sports Massage but it then led to Personal Training, He asked me what my goals were, my reply was to run The London Marathon but I had to defer due to injury in 2010. But this year thanks to Tim’s help and personal training sessions to build core and strength I will be running the London marathon 2011 in just over 2 weeks time eekkkkkkkkk!

My training has gone well and Tim has always been there if I needed to ask him anything. I have also asked Tim to do me a healthy food plan for when I have finished the marathon as I have put on so weight from long distance running. Tim will always get you to your goals no matter what they are.
