My name is Tim, and I am a British Cycling Coach, Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Advanced Metabolic Typing Advisor and Personal Trainer in the Loughborough, Nottingham and Derby area, helping people to lose weight, get fit, and attain their personal goals. In January 2004, I was 21 stone. After lots of hard work, time at the gym and a controlled eating plan I lost 6 stone.

The resulting physical and mental benefits from my lifestyle change inspired me to improve my knowledge and gain a professional qualification so that I can work to help others do the same.

Each client is unique, and each training session is met with flexibility to meet their individual needs and ensure that they are getting the maximum benefit from each training session. 

I love my work, and the long list of successes and improved confidence achieved by my clients makes it extremely rewarding for me. With the knowledge I have gained from my own personal experience and my qualifications over the last 10 years, I know I can help others reach their goals and improve their lifestyle like I have.
